The concierge staff is superb! Very helpful and professional.
The room while spacious was a bit tired and showed the constant use of the ER members.
The breakfast was adequate but far beneath the Parisian standards of other five star hotels. It also closes too early on weekends.

It's a wonderful hotel that is walking distance to almost everything. The one downside is, the internet is terrible.

This is not a 5 star hotel. The room was tiny and run down. The towels clearly not fresh. The welcome fruit plate had rotten apples. The laundry service made me wait for 30 minutes in the room just to pick up a shirt. The food is lamentable. The spa and pool area unattended. The only 5 star attributes can be the location and staff.

Close to main sites and many great restaurants. Very charming and modern rooms. Great staff.

Really lovely ambience. Other reviews have mentioned stains and dated rooms but our was really quite lovely. It has a rainfall shower, ample closet space, a box of adapters for international plugs, flat screen TV, super fluffy pillows and blanket, a sparse but adequate free mini bar. I guess I noticed some marks on the hallway variety but it's also a lighter color so they're not trying to hide any dirt. The location is so convenient to the arc de triomphe, champs Elysees, and the metro stop. Has a dip in the pool which is a nice and welcome amenity after a long day of walking. Definitely long enough to do laps in. I would love to stay here again. Oh, our heated towel rack didn't work but whatever, first world problems right?
