je n'est jamais vue une assurance aussi malhonnete.
Ne surtout pas vous assurer chez eux.. Sauf si vous voulez vous faire anarquer.

Terrible customer service both via phone and via email. Via email I waited 2 weeks for a reply and I had to send twice my request and via phone I was in touch with the office 75717 Paris Cedex on 23/08 at 12:45 and I had to insist to have my contract and the general information to be sent over to me via email because they were not enough in the office to provide this service.
I advise against getting this insurer.

Excellent service client. Réponses immédiates et efficaces. On en a pour son argent sans que ce soit les moins cher du marché.
