Had 2x 3-hour surgeries there. Wonderful care all the way. I felt the same security and care that I had benefited from in Los Angeles hospitals. I do all my image and lab works there too. I love the place (but not the prices :-(

Worst place in paris to go. They claim to be american speaking but i can say even other hospitals have similar english speaking staff, so no plus there.
Costly.
Poooooor service. Had to wait 6 hrs for the doctor before i could check out, nurse keeps telling me an hr away. My doctor hasnt arrived as i m writing this reveiw.
I would not recommend anyone atll this place. If u think ur time is precious well this is not the place to be.
They charge €1012 per room per night. €200 to see the doctor in emergency.
Whereas when I went to merci saint louis hospital. They did not charge me anything n the staff was super friendly even being quite busy.

There are a few things you can do to make my pregnancy an exceptional experience:

- stop over booking and under staffing since I had to wait for an hour and a half for my appointment.
- please tell Dr. Rollet that even though he's over worked, it is not okay to take his stress out on a pregnant woman. That is as low as anyone can possibly stoop. Fast forward to the next day, he came bearing flowers to apologize for his behavior.

Here's what happened:

"I waited patiently for an hour and a half. When he finally finish running late, I told him the amount of time I have waited. Instead of apologizing for the wait, he actually said "je ne vous permets pas ce genre de réflexion, j’ai beaucoup de travail” meaning “I do not allow you to have that sort of thought, I have a lot of work.” I replied “moi aussi, j’ai beaucoup de travail!” meaning “I too, have a lot of work!” Now would have been a good time to apologize for the wait, but no. He replies angrily: “Goodbye then!” So I walked out and vowed to never return."

I’m so glad that I found this out early on. I would never want someone this short tempered to deliver my baby.

No wonder the C-section rate is more than 15%.

Good medic and pleasant staff. But the wait is FOREVER. 2 hours wait for a 20 minutes cardio exam! And again 3 hours later! I suppose they overbook.

Lovely garden to relax between two apointments but at lunch time all the benches are occupied by smoking staff although each has a huge no smoking sign!

Worst experience in hospital care here. My poor Dad was sick in this rat hole for a month. The ICU staff were phenomenal, as were the ER staff (thank God!). Otherwise, on the floor, there were a few very good staff members, the majority of them treated him worse than a dog. I walked in on 2 young female staff members completely ignoring his cries of pain as they stood right beside his bed, talking and giggling (in French, because most of them wouldn't or couldn't speak English). The anguish on his face was absolutely heartbreaking. He was needing off the bed pan & it was incredibly uncomfortable for him in his ill and weakened state. We often heard another patient crying in pain & begging to be helped, his cries also went ignored. Disgusting excuse for staff. Disgusting people would be more suited as Hitler's allies in the concentration camps. Filthy, disgusting animals. There are seriously just no words whatsoever to describe the majority of the staff here.
