Nearly got beaten with a guy working there. Elevators not working. Staff did not have any clue of how their cars working. Overprice and no cummunication with online agent!

These people are bandits! First they took rent for an additional day, stating I gave back the car too late, which I could proof wrong. Second, they claim that I am responsible for a damage , which I could also proof is wrong.
