THIS is Paris.
We came here on our second night in Paris because it was so close to the hotel, and ended up coming back on our last night. Between the funny and kind staff, who clearly love what they do, the amazing food and changing menu, to the atmosphere, this place is a 10.
Foie gras: A+ we dream about it to this day and it is incomparable.
Gespacho: A+ Just the right amount of kick and acidity, balanced with just enough spice
Quiche:A+
Beef: A+
Pork spare ribs:A+
Wine & Truffle chocolate on the side: A+
They can do no wrong. A must-taste

Of course I can describe La Guingette using these three adjectives.
Comfortable because the location provide a good comfort with the garden during Spring and Summer and in the hall during the winter. Delightful because the chef, in my opinion is great. He prepares tasteful French meals using fresh ingredients.
Nice because the location between vineyards in a old fashion house is very nice.
I'm almost sure that La Guingette will remain in the heart of his customers.
