No lift, access by road isn't great, so if driving then vehicles need to be parked a fair way away and luggage dragged across nice. Also a little expensive for what it is.
On the plus side, great location & decent room size.

This place starts on the second (first) floor and doesn't have a lift but it was a nice hotel in a great location. You're close to the beaches as well as the grand piazzas plus some lovely gardens. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating and breakfast came with a nice view.

We like this location very much, but this hotel is only average or below otherwise.
The staff was average, the room was good but not really clean, the shower ran out of hot water several times, there is no lift so we had to schlep the bags up the stairs. Had to wait many minutes several times for coffee at breakfast due to small coffee maker. This hotel would be great if the rooms were redecorated and the points above taken care of.
