On the first day I parked in front of the hotel and asked for the nearest parking lot. The man working offered a valet parking. I never asked for it. Then I find out that costs 25 € a day before I cancel it on the second. I kept telling them that I wasn't informed of the cost but they decided not to believe me and my wife and relied on the worker's story. Even said at the check out that i should be paying for the valet for all the nights because they add it automatically (I wasn't informed about this at the checkout as well!!!!!)
Bad insulations, I can hear everything from dragged furniture to people taking in the corridor.
Blanket was torn.

Nice and cosy hotel.Staffs are very friendly .Service is fast and reliable.
Hotel is centrally located with easy accsess to public transport.

Good location, rooms nice, but can't give higher rating when they stop serving food at 9pm. I was starving when I checked in and had to go out to eat

A very comfortable stay for our three nights in Nice! The hotel staff service was exceptional and our room was large and very clean. The location is also perfect for reaching all the main city sights by foot.
