No more then 1 night! No outlets by the headboard, loud lobby, non air con! It is locayed about 15-20min from the center with limited restaurants in the area. Vety friendly check in guy, who explained things about the town. It is very close to the airport BSL. 0this is not a 4* novotel, may be a notch above ibis.
P.s. in the morning we waited for 35 minutes to get coffee- espresso machine was not working. Staff appeared ro be overwhelmed and not caring.

Hotel could need a revamp (and airco) but staff friendliness and quality of food compensate a lot.

all the usual Novotel goodies -- swimming pool, playground and indoor play corner, tasty food at restaurant, friendly staff, secure parking. But: aircon is centrally controlled, building is prefab, upstairs is hot hot hot. You can borrow a fan but there are a limited number of power points so don't expect to be able to charge phones, run fan, and have lights on all at the same time. Dirty disposable coffee cup spoke of lack of attention to detail. Family room felt smaller than usual.

My favourite stop on our way to Italy ... friendly people, nice hotel, swimming pool for when it's hot etcetera.
