Se faire refouler de la visite du musée car ce "n'est pas ouvert au public"...j'avais acheté les billets, on m'a pas pris au sérieux, limite pris de haut !...dommage j'ai payé pour rien, j'habite pas dans la région...

Na de rondleiding door de oude fabriek heb je toch een hele andere kijk om de bewerking van kaas.
Tour wordt gegeven in het Frans, maar voor de niet Franssprekende is een beschrijving per kamer in het Engelsch aanwezig. De gids spreekt ook Engelsch dus eventuele vragen konden we gewoon stellen.
Leuke middag gehad.

The factory tour was really interesting learning about the development of the company and the process involved in making butter and cheese. They provide a written commentary for the tour. At the end they provide cheese to taste which was great.

2h00 bien remplies
La guide était au top
Très belle collection d'outils lié au lait : une référence !
A la fin un magasin d'usine où nous avons trouvé de très bons produits.
