Un scandale, voiture louée a dijon, personne ne se déplace lors de la remise du véhicule, l'agence n'est pas dans la gare et le véhicule sur le parking de la gare.
On m'a facturé 99€ pour un litige inexistant et on me demande de contacter le service réclamation de hertz après 5 relances de ma part.!!!!

Pas facile de retrouver sa voiture en haut du parking. Grand aller et retour entre la gare, la'hnece puis à nouveau la gare pour le parking. Mais personnel très sympathique

I had a terrible experience at this Hertz centre. When i went to pick a car that i had reserved, they asked for 1500 euros deposit. My card did not have such a high withdrawal limit and the transaction to block that amount was refused. I have booked at Hertz in Paris and each time they took around 300 euros deposit, so i was surprised when they asked such a high amount. When asked they just said "different centers can charge different deposits". When i asked to cancel the booking they said " since the booking is done online you have to go online and cancel it yourself". I went online and the site said that you cannot cancel after the pick up time has elapsed. So in the end i lost the entire amount i had given to make the reservation.

Je dois récupérer ma voiture de location ce matin car la mienne est au garage et j'appelle à 8h30 pour savoir si elle est prête ... le répondeur me dit de rappeler durant les horaires d'ouverture entre 8h00 et 12h ... parfait -_-
