I had to stay at the Kyriad Prestige for business. I'm not reviewing the hotel in this review. This review is for the restaurant attached with the hotel.
The service was mediocre and the food was just horrible. I ordered the 'Hamburger Auvergnet et ST Nectaire'. When the lady asked me how I wanted it cooked, in English, I tolded her," tres, tres TRES, bien cuit". She said "Well Done?" in English. I said "Very well done - NO blood - pas de sang - NO sanguin!" She said, "Well Done, No Blood". I agreed.
I asked for Ketchup - she said, "oui !".
Well, would you guess, my burger came out bloodly and my frits where COLD! I told her no good, this is not tres bein cuit. she appologized and sent it back - it came back cooked but the frits were even colder AND no ketchup.
She brings me out tomato paste and said "Sorry, we're out of Ketcup, so they made you some".
This was the WORST meal I have ever had in France - the burger was terrible, the 'ketchup' was butt nasty, the frits were horrible, the salad was ... we'll Iet's just say I was NOT happy.
So, after she asked me how was it, and I complained - very bluntly said, "this meal was NOT good - it was terrible."
So, did she apologize and offer to make it right? No!
So, did she apologize and offer to NOT charge me for the meal? No!
So, did she ask me what was wrong with meal? No!
So, did she ask me what I didn't like? No!
So, what did she do?
She said, "Sorry".
