Probably previous reviewers were either unlucky or very demanding. Service was very fast and enjoyable. They even got me exactly the car I had asked for to make my wife happy :) The only issue was that I went to their dropoff place which is 10 minute walk just to find out that pickup was in the station. But that's more a problem of the station not Hertz

Très mauvaise agence ! Frais de carburant facturés 50 euros pour 10 litres dépensés. Relation client froide et sans âme. Aucun geste commercial suite à ma contestation des frais de carburant. «si vous n'êtes pas content, allez voir ailleurs»... je ne mettrai plus jamais les pieds chez Hertz !! Surtout l'agence de Bordeaux Gare. À éviter absolument.

I called from UAE to get a quote which is absolutely impossible to make for a prestige car from abroad as you have to call a reservation number which DOES NOT work at all (the line seems to be disconnected). I called the Agency in Bordeaux train station where the woman who picked up the phone seemed to be so bothered by me calling and made me feel like i am stupid for not being able to call the reservation center!!!! She hung up on me!!! Not the first time i have to deal with her and she needs proper customer service training big time!
FR- Tresmauvais service clientele. J'ai appele depuis les emirats pour obtenir une quotation ce qui m'est rendu impossible par telephone puisque le numero donne en ligne est comme deconnecte et ne fonctionne absolument pas. J'ai joint l'agence Hertz de la gare a Bordeaux ou une femme absolument pas charmante et impolie m'a envoye balader car je devais appeler la centrale resa; hors le numero 0800 ne fonctionne pas depuis l'etranger; elle m'a quasi fait passer pour une demeuree qui n'arrive pas a passer un appel et m'a litteralement raccrocher au nez sous pretexte qu'elle avait du monde au comptoir. Pas la premiere fois que j'ai affaire a cette personne et je pense qu'elle a drolement besoin d'un bon stage de service clientele pour apprendre a etre moins vache et impolie avec les clients.

Une fois la location du véhicule payée, service technique et après vente très moyen. Frais de carburant facturé de force après location alors que le plein du véhicule avait été réglé !! Service technique et agence difficile a joindre si vous avez un souci avec le véhicule de location, à déconseiller.
