Average campsite. Reception closes very early at 18:00. Showers are locked until 08:00 so useless for an overnight before an early crossing home. Great views of the beach from a very high up campground. The beach is a long walk down a steep hill and a worse one back up. Not one for with small kids but using the car seems evil.

Looked good on the map, but if your towing a caravan be ready to smell your clutch! Our pitch right on the top of a steep hill and nearly burned the clutch out on my car (an insignia with 80% ratio so normally fine). Gave up trying to get to my pitch and settled for the closest one! Toilets and showers not the best and I couldnt find area for chemical toilet so had to go down normal toilets.

At 35 euros, very poor value.

Good views from top touring pitches. Lovely walks along the beach and a new pool soon!

Équihen-Plage is a wonderful place to go to for a beach holiday! The resort is served by this municipal camping site which is nestled in between a cliff landscape. So don't be surprised that it is built on a steep hill that could make life difficult for people with walking problems. The washroom facilities are clean and tidy after you get used to the fact that French toilets don't have toilet seats (clearly my first time camping in France because I now know that this is standard). Our visit proved to be a fairly loud experience with lots of families and youth groups generally creating a lot of din - perfectly normal, but not what we were looking for. The camp site has everything you need, except for wifi which is badly solved on site ( you have to go to a wifi point, register, watch an advertisement and only then can you go online!). Yet, all this is made up for by the amazing, breathtaking beach.
Generally, a nice clean yet loud and energetic camp site.
