J'ai donné mon appartement à louer à Immosol pendant plusieurs années. En tant que propriétaire, je ne recommande pas cette agence pour les raisons principales suivantes : loyers tirés vers le bas pour conforter leur marge, service de nettoyage inexistant, remboursement des factures refusé pour réparations ou biens manquants à la suite de locations. D'autres agences, ayant pignon sur rue, sont plus fiables et coopératives.

I have rented the same apartment 3x from Immosol. I have found the quality of the apartment to be beyond my expectations (from what I had researched online) and very good value. But most importantly, the service provided by this agency is unbeatable. They are totally reliable (delivering the keys to the apartment when I arrive, regardless of whether it's evening or on the weekend), make sure the wifi is working well, and seem to have an excellent cleaning service maintaining the apartment during my stay. Most of all, when I had a personal difficulty, they came to my rescue within minutes, I have never experienced such kind and also efficient service from this kind of rental agency in the past. I am very grateful to Immosol, they have been a bit part of making my trips to Cannes truly wonderful, and I recommend them unhesitatingly. With thanks and best regards
