Service was the worst, I have been seen. Our hotel was prepaid and the housekeeping is included. But they asked us too clean our app. and remove the trash!!!! What is the meaning of housekeeping??? And if you don't want to do it, they will charge you for them. I gave 2 stars because of the apartment' size. It was big enough for our family with our little daughter. The reception works only from 8 am to 8 pm??? If nobody comes to your room, you don't have the basic stuff such as towels, paper towels etc. You have to go before 8 pm to the reception and ask for them!!! If you want to plan a short trip less than a week, I wouldn't recommend this hotel!!!

Depends on what you're expecting. This is an apartment building near the periferique of Antibes. Quite some walk to center of town. Better go by car or cab. That being said, you'll need a car if you stay here. Or if you appriciate spending time at centres commercial, this is your place.
If you go by car; There's a cool swimming pool on the third floor. It's a 10 minute drive to Antibes Centre and you're located near Cannes, Monaco and Nice. Overall, a nice place, very clean, close to highlights of the Côte d'Azur, very affordable. There's a garage which is very tight. In the apartments a hot water boiler is missing. In the double-room studio's there's no TV in de bedroom. Which is kinda stupid during summer holidays since you either spend time on the balkony, the beach, some cute town or in the bedroom. You don't spend time in the Living room at all! Even more stupid, there are cable wires in the bedroom. Why not use them? A TV goes for what? 200 bucks?

We resided here for 1 month. The hotel itself and the staff are quite good. They take care of all the needs. This is a vacation rental with studios and 1 bedroom apartments. There is a swimming pool on the roof top, nice. Facility wise the the apartment is very good, however the reason for my 3 star rating is the supply of essential things like dustbin covers, toilet tissues. If you stay on monthly basis the appt is cleaned on weekly basis and are given only 1 toilet tissue roll and 1 dustbin bag. When asked for extra they did provide at reception but told that they provide new bags and papers during weekly room cleaning. Any other extra should be Bourne by us. I felt this not very good, as toilet paper and dustbin bags are basic amenities and should be provided when requested. Guests cannot stock everything in a temporary accomodation.

I have been staying in the hotel for some days and appreciated the comfortable rooms they offer. I would say that the breakfast is quite expensive for the products they actually offer and I would also suggest a better control of room's maintenance. Still, I particularly appreciated the reception service which was very kind, welcoming and helpful. And of course, the terrace and swimming pool on the top of the building is a very good point to improve your experience there. ;)
