Брал машину 06.09.17 на 5 дней. Остался очень доволен. В аэропорту встретили. Легко и быстро оформили. Залог вернули в течение 5 рабочих дней. Мне есть с чем сравнивать. Так вот это действительно EASY car rent !

Don't rent from this company. They will try and charge you for extra's after you return the car. Called my credit card company to dispute, but I couldn't get the money back that this company scammed me for.

Neues Auto, gute Sonderausstattung und Motorisierung, Übergabe problemlos.
Leider fand die Übergabe bei Regen statt, sodass einige oberflächliche Kratzer nicht gesehen werden konnten und entsprechend nicht im Protokoll vermerkt wurden. Lediglich die Tatsache, dass es regnete, wurde notiert. Bei der Rückgabe war strahlender Sonnenschein und entsprechend waren die Kratzer dann auch gut sichtbar und zunächst bemängelt. Nach einer kurzen Erklärung bzgl. des Regens ließ sich die Sache aber dann klären - alles in allem also sehr kundenfreundlich.

I hire a car at least 8 times a year and never been disappointed. Car arranged thro Atlas and first experience using Easy Rent and will be my last. Car turned up with enough fuel to go 20km, I accept this can happen. Checked the car outside all looked good and then first time ever I was horrified by state of seats inside. If I could publish pictures I would as words do not do this justice. The front passenger seat was recently soiled as was the rear one and I would not even hazard a guess what had soiled them! Why a car would be put forward for rental in this condition is anybodys guess. I was happy to accept a replacement that day or even next but company unable to do so. Please give this company a wide berth!
