Top hotel heerlijk geslapen, super mooie kamer. Ontbijt is wat minder, maar zeker niet slecht! Netjes en schoon.

Отель хороший -месторасположение отличное по отношению к источникам воды-2 минуты и у Садового источника-тихая и уютная улочка-процедуры по расписанию все организовано и удобно!Еда выше всех похвал-маловато фруктов но это на любителей!Мы приезжаем 8 раз в Карловы Вары и этот отель в списке наших любимых!Рекомендую

Frühstück ist noch verbesserungswürdig. Zimmer sehr schön. Hatten eines der grösseren.

We stayed in this hotel between 30 and 31/01/2013. We did not have any reservation,. We found the hotel by searching on foot. By looking at the hotel from outside we thought that it was a very nice hotel. Indeed the building is wonderful. The first disappointment came from the lady at the reception. She did not speak any English at all and the worst is that she did not make any effort in order to understand and to be understood. But in their site they declare that they speak several European and not only, languages!!! With our poor German we asked for a double room for one night. We got it at the price of 140 euros on B/B basis. When we went to the room 309 we were very much surprised to see a horrible room, very small with old used furniture and the worst were the beds.Old, no comfortable at all and each time we were turning or even slightly moving on the bed, they were crunching so much that we thought that we would wake up all the neighbors of the hotel rooms. We had a very bad night. Our recommendation: stay far away from this hotel. It is not worthy not even for 50 euros! It is the worst hotel we stayed the last 30 years!!!
