We stayed in Livia villa and the rooms were of the highest standards. Everything is exquisite with an abundance of small details that makes the impression perfect. Just a very nice place to stay for a perfect spa vacation.

Beautiful hotel! The rooms were nicely furnished and spacious. (Single bedroom suite) Very nice touches like the changing screen and provided robes and slippers. The bed was huge! Could probably fit a 3rd person.The view from our room was to die for as well as the views from the garden terrace behind the hotel. Overall an incredibly relaxing and enjoyable stay. If I ever return to Karlovy vary I will definitely try to stay here again! The location was perfect, within walking distance from the kolonnades and close to the Grand hotel pupp.

the place is wonderful but the tretment plan is the worst in Karlovy vary because of the Dr's head he is just a racist a spiteful person works as businessman rather than a doctor.
