Had a very good meal at decent price. Cevapi and hamburgers are recommended. The building itself is a metal box, often filled with locals watching sports and drinking. Wouldn't recommend for visitors to Rijeka... The outside, however is positively charming. It is a wonderful terrace with heavy oak tables, that is shaded by trees and parasols, and is elevated above some parkland/parking. Its very cozy.
