Listened to other reviews on here so I gave it a shot. Accurate. Drinks are inexpensive and the place was quiet and comfortable - at least when I visited. Not super nice but that's not a problem.

This is hands down the least expensive place for drinks in the city. It's on the rustic side (which adds to its charm). And the food is a bargain as well. I'm a frequent customer and highly recommend it.

Rafa's is a great place to stop to enjoy a few whiskey drinks! Good music, cozy atmosphere, a bit noisy and a good place to tie one on or enjoy a few cold ones. Definitely worth a stop!
