Location is very good, near business centers with a medium sized parking lot, and nice green areas with a coffee plantation. Rooms are Marriot style room, clean, comfortable beds and view to green areas or the pool. Service could be better but still works; some people that work at restaurant area are a little mediocre and management favors business centers over guests.

Only stayed for one night. Did not see whole property, but what I did see was nice and we'll kept. Friendly staff were always accommodating and willing to help.

Convenient location close to the airport and surrounded by nature (See pics). Large comfortable rooms with a small balcony. The view to the pool is the prettiest. Has 2 outdoor pools and a jacuzzi. Bufete breakfast is included and they serve a large selection of fruits and warm dishes. Service is good and food is not bad at all. They could make some renovations to the infrastructure but overall a beautiful hotel.

Conveniently located, but more importantly great service. This resort is a definitely an A+ in every aspect..."beautiful" is an understatement! Absolutely no complaints!
Make sure to stop by the coffee shop/store and visit Billy. The coffee was good, but the personal service provided by the staff was absolutely over and above. Billy in particular made a huge impression on me. My elderly father was also staying at the Marriott and Billy went out of his way to assure that he was completely satisfied...even providing a place to take his daily siesta!
Can't wait to visit again!

This hotel was a very nice surprise. Framed inside the structure of an old coffee estate, the buildings are absolutely breathtaking.
Overall, the place is well maintained and spotless all the time. It's huge and there is a constant flow of people coming and going. It has 5 different restaurant on site, 1 of them 24 hours.
This is definitely a great place to stay in San Jose.
