Great location. Very helpful staff. Very good breakfast included with choice of bread, jam, fruit, cereal, drink. There was a problem with the ac in the room and they promptly gave me a new room.

Es un lugar muy acogedor el diseño es bonito y está ubicado en una zona excelente hay muchos bancos cerca queda a una cuadra de la alcaldía día 2 de la playa

The hotel has a warm and authentic atmosphere! Cute traditional decorations and plants make you feel welcome. You really feel like in Carribean. A lot of cosy spaces where you can just read a book and relax or drink a bottle of beer. The room has all you need - conditioner, fridge, TV. I loved a shelf of books in the common area! Also, I had to do some papers for and did not have pc with me, but it was not a problem - in the hotel they have a computer that saved my life! You can always buy some cold drinks there if you are too lazy to go to the shop. Price is the same. Breakfast is simple and delicious.
Very important thing - I got horribly sick one evening. The hotel has 24h Medical assistance and called to doctors who took care of me.
The hotel itself and area around is well secured. Very close to the sea and other popular places. The staff is friendly and helpful all the time. Jorge and Javier helped us arrange great transport deal to bahia concha and the airport.
