Great hotel. We really enjoyed our stay here the view we had was amazing, staff was great and willing to help as needed. The breakfast was good and Luis the waiter was very helpful and attentive he helped us alot! We will be coming back for sure!

I stayed at the beginning of February 2017 for a week, this was my second and last visit to this hotel, the first one was a year ago for longer than a week which I enjoyed it as opposite to this last time.

Definitely what a difference from last year, it looks like there is not maintenance at all and the staff at the front desk look unhappy except for Maria C who always greet and has a nice smile. The cleaning staff is super nice, I think they should swap cleaning people with the front desk.

My wife book 2 weeks and she arrived a week before me, the hotel charged extra $ ( around $300 USD) almost the same amount if I was staying in an additional room, never seen this before, they took advantage.

The swimming pool bottom has many damaged tiles, be careful with this, also at the pool area I saw a dangerous electric wire which feeds a light bulb for a tent at the corner of the pool area, they added a piece of wire and just used black electrical tape, this cord runs along the metal post of this tent, this is a real hazard with rain.

The breakfast bar has less items than last year, the service is good though.

The good thing about this hotel is that is far from noisy streets.

Also there is a guy who offer transportation, he is always at the parking lot waiting for the next gringo to over charge with his service, he does not have any meter so you'll never know how much is fare, I recommend you to use UBER. This guy drives a KIA Soul type of car, the one that is kind of boxy.

I really liked this hotel last year and it was sad to see it going down hill.

This a very clean and well run hotel where the guests are treated in a inviting and friendly manner by all of the staff. Speaking little Spanish, the staff has gone out of its way to assist me. The rooms are very clean and spacious, but dated decor. The food in the restaurant is above average with a limited menu. The room where I stayed, the bed was too hard or stiff to sleep on comfortably. I will return visit next time. 👍
