Nice hotel with incredibly accommodating and friendly staff. We were stranded in Cartagena and the Barlovento team helped us out during our stay. They have continental breakfast, a restaurant for lunch/dinner. There's a small pool out back. Rooms are clean and the cleaning staff was always working to ensure the hotel stayed that way. It's in a safe neighborhood, a 3 minute walk to the sea, 2 minutes to restaurants. Inquire about a room on the opposite side from the street as there are busses that run late at night and can make a bit of noise (not the hotel's fault).
