Great burgers and fries. Gravy is solid. The chilli burger is one of the best things they have on the menu. I have had some okay service experiences (particularly near closing time) but the good is worth it. Usually very quick service and everything appears fresh.

I have to say right off the start that I haven't eaten the food here. But I feel compelled to share why. We called to place an order and the person on the phone was EXTREMELY rude and wouldn't even answer basic questions. I can't believe it!!! Who ever answered the phone should not be allowed to have any contact with the public. I don't know about the food, but we're NEVER going to this spot.

Went for lunch. Accidentally lefty moustache wax in the washroom. Called less than an hour later, they had already thrown it out. Why would you throw out something immediately from a customer who just gave you business, without waiting to see if they come back for it? Food was ok, service = Fail.

First and foremost, I will note that I am a huge beef snob and to me that's what makes a great burger. These burgers, while well put together with fresh ingredients - lack that delicious beef flavour. They taste like a typical fat boy (which some people will love, and if that's you're thing... Go here now!!) The fries are delicious and when we return I'll most likely get a cheese dog since the beef on the hamburgers is not for me. Also found the cashier to be a little rude.
