I was so happy to see the Hunan Kung Pao back on the menu. The service was quick and friendly. The food was incredible and amazingly fast. Thumbs up 😁

This place is always outstanding Illa my server was terific and on point. Big fan of This Earls best on The Counrty as far as im concerned.

This evening the order from Earls made through Skip the Dishes was missing the main ingredient from our beloved Chicken Jeera Curry. The other entree in the order was fine and complete. The restaurant is about 5 blocks from my home and wouldn't take any responsibility for ensuring the purchase was complete or deign to send a staff member over with the container which was probably sitting in their kitchen. They insisted that I had phone Skip the Dishes?? Etc. etc.
They suggested I should go to the restaurant and pick up the container of curry and chicken. At the moment I am unable to do that sort of thing and ordered through "Skip" for that very reason. We have in the past ordered it many times and picked it up mostly because the restaurant is so noisy that we prefer the quiet of our sunroom!!.(Before the era of "Skip") So a lot of customer goodwill has been lost. Needlessly.

Good food. Slow service. Server was more concern about opening duties than taking our order. Server only made conversation when payment happens cause they think they'll get a better tip.

I wanted to express my disappointment during our visit at your location on Monday June26 @ my friend's birthday. We were a party of 8from several households. Eating out is not new event to us so we are quite familiar with service and food quality.
The service did not meet our expectations for a higher end restaurant.we waited more than one hour for food.The food quality was less than to be expected. The quantity of the food did not match the price. Those who paid the bill were disappointed in paying a bill when the members in their party were not satisfied in both quality and quantity. Me and my finance usually go to earls. That's why I suggest my friends to go there,it was their first time @ earls.They all were saying to me next time we won't come back here , I felt so bad.
