The wait was fine, we called ahead. The service was a little overworked though. Our server had a very fill section but overall good experience.

Good prices. Always great service. The fruit wasn't as fresh as it normally is. Coffee was good. Service was quick as well.

Worst experience at a restaurant that I've ever had! John the manager was extremely rude and completely unprofessional. After waiting over an hour for our food that ended up coming out cold, we asked to speak to the manager who basically told us too bad and that it's a busy restaurant, this is what we should expect. No apology or even offer to give us a discount. I've never witness such poor management skills in my life.If ever treated my clients like that I would be fired. Absolutely disgusting how he treats his guests.

We arrived and were quoted a 15 minute wait. 45 minutes later we were sat. Understandable given that it was busy. Then we proceeded to wait for over an hour to get our food. Breakfast food. When it finally arrived the meals were cold or luke warm at best. Then when we spoke with the manager, John about this issue he was incredibly rude and disrespectful. I've never experienced such a horrible customer service from a so called "manager." John please get some class .

Both food and service were great. Love the amount of care taken by servers to make sure you are enjoying your stay. All specifications for meals were met. Would definitely come again!
