Started at Windsor crossfit in April 2017. From the second I started my on ramp training with Dan Bosco to this day, a day doesn't go by where you don't feel like family! Very welcoming and motivating environment!

These people are like family. Everyone is super positive and supportive of everyone else. They love to teach and help the newbies and encourage everyone to be their best selves. They offer group classes and personal training. They have 3 indoor workout areas (one for kids) and an outdoor workout area. They offer limited hours for childcare.

I love working out here. My coach Lauren is awesome. She always pushes me to the farthest of my abilities. The classes aren't too hard, that you can't keep up but not too easy where you don't have to try. Crossfit is a high intensity workout and it is so addicting. You begin to look forward to the workout because after your workout, you feel like you're on top of the world.

The best damn CrossFit box in the city. Best environment, coaches and people to be around. Absolutely amazing owners! Well worth your time to check them out!!
