Me and my boyfriend both recently tried out Salt and really enjoyed the experience. This was my second time floating, the first time was at a different float spa. The owner Ramon pointed out that they have special fans installed on his tanks to help with airflow which was a problem for me on my first float. I felt that without extra ventilation I kept having to open the hatch and then the water temperature would drop. This time I made it through all 90 minutes without feeling claustrophobic or muggy so it was a much more comfortable experience. Based on that I would definitely want to use their tanks again over somewhere else. Also Ramon was very warm and welcoming to us, and we felt that as guests we were well looked after. The atmosphere here is quite intimate and I loved relaxing with a cup of tea in the salt room post-float. I look forward to my next float at Salt Wellness!

Decor and tanks were all very nice and modern. Good ventilation in the tanks. The owner was super nice and helpful and pleasant to chat with. Very good experience all around, competitive pricing.

I have used 4 different salt floats in the Lower Mainland, and this one was the most disappointing.
I booked it through Groupon, as the price they were giving was over 50% off comparable ones (I know the reason now why it was so cheap).
The atmosphere in Salt Wellness Centre was not good as it is close to the busy 152 street. I felt it could have been updated in the unit, as it was looking stale. The float bath itself, was cold and not well suited to the normal temperature of the human body.
I did bring up my concerns to the owner on site, and I found his attitude was not customer friendly, and was unmannerly.
There are better experiences to have in this Salt floats. Even though I got a very low price through Groupon, it was still not worth it.

Having worked with Tamsin on a professional level as well as having experienced a float session at Salt Wellness I have nothing but positive things to say about the experience. Tamsin and her husband Ramon are truly passionate about what they do and they work hard to ensure each of their guests has a memorable and relaxing experience. I am looking forward to my next float!

LOVE this location. Great staff and super clean. Rates are amazing. This is my constant go-to spot to relax. Would highly recommend!
