I have been attending classes at Interfit Studio every week for 4 1/2 years. Very small classes with personal attention to perfect proper technique is what draws me to this studio. Great for toning and core strength for beginners or the advanced.

I started classes at Interfit Pilates Studio early December 2016. Larina, the owner, scheduled 3 private sessions for me as at 58 I had never worked on the Pilates reformer machine before.
Larina has been a wonderful Pilates coach and I feel stronger and much more flexible than before I started. My range of motion improved in only a matter of weeks. I look forward with anticipation to attending her classes as she has been a source of inspiration to me. Living part time in Dallas I have found nothing there that quite compares and the true difference is the guidance and leadership provided by Larina and her staff.
The classes are small and the individual attention was key to my progress. Larina is calm and comforting despite the tremendously challenging classes which were also modified to account for past injuries that I have had. I would recommend Interfit Pilates Studio to anyone that really wants to make positive progress to strengthen your core and help really connect both mind and body.
I look forward to getting back to White Rock and returning to my routine!

Have long wanted to try Pilates using reformers, this exercise speaks to me. The studio is great, everyone is very friendly and encouraging. The classes are small, it feels very one on one. All the instructors and owner Larina, are extremely knowledgeable and very focused on each of our movements. They're helping me be more aware of my posture and body, the best decision I make this year!

One of the best decisions I made was to start pilates at InterFit! The instruction is clear and the atmosphere is supportive and cheerful. I started to see a difference in my body within a few weeks. I would highly recommend Larina and her team.

I can't say enough about this place. Excellent, small classes. Great workouts! The instructors are knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend them!
