Worst experience at a spa I've ever had. Used to get my eyebrows done here and the women (owner) was incredibly rude. I kept trying to make an appointment but she wouldn't get back to me so I thought it would be okay if I could just come in the make an appointment in person like at most spas. The door was open and I waited at the counter until she saw me and she lost it. (Wasn't owner someone that worked there.) I still managed to make an appointment and when I went to my appointment the owner b*tched at me and wouldn't stop although I apologized. I've never met someone so rude, she then overcharged me by $25, never going back.

I was so pleased with the service. My lip threading was gentle, considerate and very effective. The owner not only gave great service but also took the time to show me how to do my own threading at home in between treatments. She is an expert in her field and enjoys sharing her wisdom.
I would easily recommend anyone to her spa for this treatment and for any other considered treatments.
