The reflexology services here are totally restorative. Comfortable chairs, welcoming environment, competent practitioners. Great touch with tea before and after. I've been here a few times now, and it remains one of my favourite places to treat myself and de-stress.

Very friendly service and excellent massage for a fraction of the price our hotel spa would have charged. We'll definitely be coming back on our next visit.

My husband and I were in Victoria for three weeks in May/June, 2017. We discovered 9 Elements Spa on our second day. What an amazing experience. I have been to many spas and 9 Elements is by far the best. Each treatment starts with tea and an pleasurable foot bath.After the foot soak you recline, lay back and experience 60 minutes of pure bliss. Each treatment was exceptional. Kali, Tiffany and Kumiko created an atmosphere of tranquility and zen. We loved our first reflexology treatment so much we indulged ourselves and had one everyday. We also experienced marvelous oil and Thai massages. Every treatment and massage was luxurious and satiated the mind, body and spirit.
