Sad! Worst nightclub ever. Ratings have never been lower. Saw people kneeling, obviously don't respect our troops. Bouncer is a pinner Chad. Pinner excuse for a club in a pinner excuse of a city. #victoria

Positives: Nicest venue for live shows in Victoria, large beautiful interior space.
Negatives: High school doesnt have to end at Grade 12! You can perpetuate all your induced fantasies and insecurities almost any night at Distrikt.
After standing in line for the sake of standing in line and feeling like something is about to happen they even let you Pay Money to get inside. You then gain acess to the interior, where you and your friends can pay for someone to hang up your coat, and you can hang out in a dark crowd and yell slowly to be heard over the music, test your level of aggressiveness and luck trying to buy drinks at the bar; while making the worst purchase of your life could take anywhere from 2 to 20 stressful minutes you can strike natural poses for social media, and engage in mating ritual dances.
Advice: Go sober or pre drink and stash a bottle, holding anything up for an extended period of time is unpleasant, and a cold, wet drink is especially unpleasant to hold. It can get crowded and people are constantly moving, your elbow will be bumped about once every 45 seconds. Unfortunately, putting it down isn’t a option, holding nothing at the club frees up your hands, which has the side effect of making you newly aware that you’re just standing there talking to no one doing a whole not of nothing. Quickly hold something else, usually your phone, and whisks yourself back into hiding.
The former bouncers here are somewhat known to be aggresive towards street people.

Do not leave belongings unattended! Someone stole my wallet and phone out of my purse that was zipped and underneath several coats. They immediately drained my bank account at stores a couple blocks away. When I told the security guard he did not care and told me yeah that's been happening every weekend then continued a conversation with a random customer. Bartender didn't care either and told me to check the hotel lost and found the next day.
