Personally I like the attentive staff. Combine that with a very decent variety of quality world products. PS: They are dog lovers and always have a treat for Huxley!

Terrible. I live around the corner and would rather make the trek to the BC Liquor Store for warm wine that costs $10 less than what it is sold for at Spinnakers. If the customer service was better, I would undoubtedly not care and just shop at Spinnakers but it is horrendous. The customer service reps that are good are so good, but besides 1 or 2 good reps the rest do nothing more than socialize with coworkers or play on their cellphones. It's pretty bad when you have not been approached to offer assistance by any of the sale staff in the 2 + years you have been frequenting the store. It's frustrating to have to look up wines on your cell phone browser for reviews or feedback when there are multiple staff 3 feet away from you who are unfriendly and disinterested. Not a good feeling for a customer.
