Most poorly run bar in BC!!!!! Owner watches from home to determine who should or should not be there. We had our staff party of over 40 people and there were two people who became a little too drunk and were asked to leave. The other 38 people stood around ordered drinks and talked to each other. No pushing or shoving, nothing was broken, no other patrons were bothered, no one was sick, we all paid our bills, and were randomly kicked out. We paid for the whole night and they randomly kicked us out. We deal with a large volume of customers every year that are from Victoria or visit Victoria and will ensure that they never visit this place. We have never been treated so poorly at any of our staff parties. I was completely sober this night so it is safe to say I have a very accurate recollection of the events that took place. If missing out on thousands of dollars in beverages and shots is how they want to run this place they have succeeded. Bottom line is the place is a JOKE and should be AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS!!!

You have no idea how to run a bar. We are in the service industry and very clearly know what is acceptable. Yes it was a staff party as it was organized by staff from the company for other staff. Yes this review is factual. I am not pulling things out of thin air. You calling the head office of the company is not acceptable. If there are two people causing issues you remove those people. We don't have to be interested in ordering dinner considering our party didn't start until after 7:00 which most people have eaten dinner by then. We were all standing around ordering drinks talking to one another and paying out bills. Your bar across the hall was much louder. As far as your reference to maturity shows the lack of maturity and experience with running a bar. If your facility can't handle 40 people ages 25-40 then you should not be in the service industry. I will ensure I let everyone I know not to visit this joke of a place. Yes you did miss out on a high profit night. As I was sober I do know exactly how the situation was unfolding and that can not be determined by a lazy owner at home watching a camera.
