I was very skeptical at first as I have tried many of these natural herbal remedies to no avail. But after hearing about Sam's and West Coast Ayurveda's sucessfull treatment of many problems I decided to fly out and give it a shot for myself. Man oh man I am sure happy I did. My physical pain and stiffness from a work accident is much better. More importantly the anxiety and stress that bothered me on a daily basis is completely gone. I cant believe what a difference ayurveda made after a few sessions.

I recently saw Sam during his visit to California. I found him to be both knowledgeable and inspiring. I couldn't believe what was revealed to me during my consultation. Who knew the pulse held so many secrets? I learned so many things about my health and well being. I'm proud to say I'm now on the way to a healthier lifestyle and feeling great! Go see him if you get the chance. I highly recommend it.

I have been a patient of West Coast Ayurveda for about three months now. I have been following the recommendations given to me: relaxation, dietary, yoga. I have noticed that my body is pain free my joints and muscles feel very mobile. My mind and body feel stress free. I have also been using various oils and vitamins. I would highly recommend a visit with Sam. He is very dedicated to his work and considerate to his patients.
