First time customer. I usually get a massage maybe 3 times a year and I have yet to find a "Go To" spa or place. I may have just found it. From my initial call to inquire to check out, it was excellent. First off the ladies that work there are all super nice and accommodating. Coming from a service industry, I am a stickler for customer service and they were just really nice and pleasant. I had a meeting directly after my appointment and was able to shower prior. That made my feel much better about going into meeting. The massage..I can honestly say the massage was the best I have ever had. Thank-You Linda's, I will be coming back for more of your excellent services.

I have been going to Linda's Urban Spa for a number of years (VIP member) and I just thought I'd just say your services are top notch. I recently had a very satisfying message and was very impressed with the fact that I am never kept waiting for my services.

This place is great. The VIP pricing is reasonable, especially for waxing. I have had waxes from three different estheticians (Elena, Julia and Kim, I think) and they all do a thorough job, very professional and easy, kind manners. The front desk is always friendly and accommodating when possible.
I would like to see better VIP pricing for manis and pedis (for instance Sophie's on Davie does a great gel mani for $30, way less than Linda's), and it would be so great for Linda's to offer a one-stop shop for grooming and pampering. Just a suggestion :)

I experienced one of the best messages I have had in a long time. Linda's Spa was recommended by a friend of mine and I would recommend this place to others. I found the place and the staff warm, inviting and not pushy too sell me products like some places I have tried. My masseuse, Georgia, did not keep me waiting and was accommodating to my sore areas. I also appreciated the fact that small talk was kept to a minimum, as I came there to unwind.
