I am just blessed stumbling upon Teri while googling for RMT. The place itself is a delight, very clean, and serene. But Teri is a gem, she is just amazing...Already booked my next appointments!

I was suffering from tight shoulders, probably from stress and hunching at my desktop computer, so a friend recommended Downtown Therapeutic Massage. As you can see, its in a really accessible, central location. The space was tidy, clean and inviting. I had my 60 minute session with Teri and she did a wonderful job at setting me at ease. We chatted a bit, and she really took the time to understand my needs and made a few suggestions. I was a little apprehensive about massage therapy, since my last attempt felt more like being on the losing end of a wrestling match, with the bruises to prove it. But I am so glad I went because now my back and shoulders are unkinked and I am ready for the week!

WORTH A READ! Horrible service! Had an appointment scheduled at 1pm. I arrived to downtown at 12:50pm. I searched for parking for 15 mins and ended up paying $15 to park for 2 hours. I was using my GPS to take me here and it took me to a location that had no signs of a massage clinic. I then called the RMT that was in to ask for directions, she simply gave me the address. However, to get to this place, you have go into a building and go up to the 6th floor which she didn't bother explaining to me when I called. I even asked her, "is there anything that I should know because I cant seem to find your place". She said no and again just repeated the address. After a little while, I ended up stumbling into the building and seeing on the wall that I had to go up to the 6th floor. When I got there it was 1:25pm. I was late 25 minutes due to her lack of explanation. She then said that I can only get a back, shoulder and neck massage and that she could only massage me until 2:05pm. She then followed up by telling me that I would have to pay full price for this session and in no way tried to compensate my time. She could tell I was frustrated but she didn't care, she said if you don't want the massage, you don't have to get it. So I just walked out. I will NEVER go back to this place, if I could shut her down because of her awful customer service I would.

Teri has helped me for many years with all my tight muscles. She is an excellent therapist and I always feel I'm in good hands. I would definitely reccommend her services!!
