This place was disgusting. The food was below quality. It's okay though if you were the manager. According to him the food was quality craftsmanship.

Decor is dated and neighbourhood is not the greatest. Prices and food are good though.

24/7 location which is very convenient. Decent service and drive though is accurate but can be slow.

I went to Burger King on hastings and Renfrew in Vancouver to get 2 orders of 10 nuggets for $1.99 special for 3 yr old and 7yr old. I went in through the drive thru and when in went to order they would not sell the 10 nuggets for 1.99, the male employee running the window was pretty rude and kept saying that I had to get a combo to get the 10 nugget offer. This is false advertising and i think that this particular restaurant is in to increase there average sale. Why I say this is because I went with my kids to the port moody burger King last week and they had no problem selling me 2 orders of 10 nuggets for $1.99.
I know that most of the burger kings are franchised but when there are commercials on everyday promoting his offer and than the restaurant workers do not sell the special unless you spend more on a combo.
Not happy!!!!!

I've been there a few times (usually to get the poutine combo during the happy hour). Staff is usually kind for fast food restaurant. I saw some customers complaining about wrong orders (never happened to me thou) and staff kindly replacing the order right away. They have nice deals for the happy hours and breakfast time ($1 meals).
