Ad a first time guest, I was not very impressed. Our food was good appetizers came quick, waited quite a long time for our entrees. We ordered a great bottle of wine recommended by the sommelier. Service was subpar. We had to ask for a decanter to decant our wine, I had to pour our wine a couple of times as no one ever came to top it off. Had to flag a server to order another round of drinks after our bottle. Overall our server wasn't really around, didn't seem to have too much knowledge when asked questions about the menu and when we wanted to get our bill again he wasn't around. The atmosphere was great with wonderful live music. Unfortunately I don't think I will be coming back to this place, there are better options in Vancouver along with better service.

Service was great but layout of restaurant poor. We were seated in what is basically a hallway away from the lounge and the live music. When you get the sense that ambiance is included in the price of the food, you expect better than a section that seemed to have been built simply to cram more people into the restaurant. The lamb came with an espresso sauce. Instead of tasting bitter, it tasted like a mix of salt and soy sauce held together by cornstarch.

5* Great service. 3* food
We dropped by for brunch. Their food was solid but nothing to rave about.
The eggs in the smoked salmon benedict was overcooked.
Their service was exceptional. Very attentive servers with speedy service.

The service was wonderful, we got seated near the window with a great view. We had the afternoon tea service, it was amazing. Just enough food (however, would love some more of the tasty scones). The tea is very good quality and you can actually taste the flavors described in the menu. All the food was fresh and the even had FRESH baked crumpets!! The lounge is upscale with a classic flair. You feel like you've stepped back in time to the 40's to a high end dining lounge.
