it's got a great set of Barbers/ hair dressers on Sundays for free! The kids pay area is always clean whenever I'm there too which is great for after the hair cuts:-)
Don't go into the washrooms though.. yuck. Other then that minor let down it's great for many other reasons too.. check it out.

It's a beautiful park in a dodgy spot. This often fills up with the homeless at night and during the day as well when nice out. I like the park personally but I'm very attentive to where I sit and always where shoes.

Not a safe place to be alone day or night. Some amazing food comes from the generosity of the community, that's the only reason I give it two stars. Avoid if possible

Too many ambulances/cops/overdoses. Unsafe at night. Washrooms are always a disaster and now close at 5 pm. Punks, gangstas and drunken natives rule. Syringes, empty alcohol bottles and garbage everywhere. The drunken natives like to fight with each other a lot. Too many beggars. Not recommended for children, though there is a nice children's playground within the park. Never take out your wallet in public!
