Nice little park located on 10th Ave near Clark Dr in Vancouver. NOTE It can only be accessed easily by car off of 11th Ave or on Broadway by car with no parking during peak rush hours. Or by the Broadway bus or Knight Street bus. NOTE there is a black top paved bicycle route along 10th Ave which cut though this park. The park has a outdoors play ground area next to a day care center along the bike route. Popular with local residents. A nice place to spend some quality time together with the neighbors.

Nice little park. On bike route so it's not busy with cars. Playground is nice, benches, skate park, lots of places to hang in the grass.
