Cowboy Hill back in the day. Good for exercise. Afew of those stations to do specific things, I'm not an athlete. Lots of grass, not much shade. Close to Skytrain and bus.

Large open dog friendly grassy area, with baseball diamond & running track.

The wood chip trail around the park is about 300-400m long so it is good for interval run training. You can do wind sprints up the hill too :)

The track has some excercise stuff around it, but it's in need of a re-do. Field is ok. There's a great toboganning hill for snow days, and a decent little playground.
