I came here to update my insurance address since I was in the area, and this nice guy named Castor helped me. He was the sunniest part of my day today - so friendly and good natured, and fast. Dealing with my insurance had literally never been that pleasant.

I have never used these guys for anything but autoplan renewal. They do that fine. They have limited seating but you can schedule an appointment to get in and out quickly. Parking is great from the mall and there is a Canada line stop nearby.

Worse,they donot follow the que .a person was not in the que and they prefer him just by saying he was there two times earlier.i wou

Wendy was the broker I saw to renew my auto insurance and she is great! She noticed a discrepancy on my file which led to me getting a 43% discount as opposed to the 25% I was originally getting. If she hadn't checked up on it, I would never have known and would be overpaying. That is great customer service.
