I'm a gentle person with a handicap and I used to go to Mayfair regularly to buy puzzle magazines for my hobby. That is, until the day I was singled out of the crowd by the staff, wrongly accused of stealing and asked to open my jacket to be searched. The greatest insult of my life! You lost one customer and gained a bad review.
