I bought some canvas fabrics and scrap pieces of leather. They have wide selection of fabrics including various ribbon tapes, zippers and even cheese clothes. If you are doing sewing or DIY project and live in Toronto this is a must visit spot.
Staffs are kind and friendly.

Honestly after reading the reviews I thought some people might have been over sensitive or exaggerating the poor customer service here. They're not. After being here for all of 5 minutes I unraveled a roll of vinyl maybe 5 inches to see how far the pattern repeats and was promptly scolded for it, telling me I'm not welcome if I'm going to "make a mess". Maybe train the staff on customer service or how to interact with human beings at all.

I normally think that people like to complain but what these reviews says about this place are totally true. The staff is not helpful at all and you even "feel bad" asking for help. They made me feel uncomfortable on my first visit. You can't "touch" anything without the staff help so it's really hard to find something because everything is stack up. Prices are not displayed properly either... They have a lot of fabrics but the store is so confusing and the staff so unhelpful that it wasn't a pleasant experience at all. They made me want to leave as fast as I could...

The store has an amazing selection of fabric. Staff was very nice, especially the owner. Very helpful, and helped me with all my questions. Honestly the biggest selection of fabric that is definitely worth the travel to get there.

I have been in this store 4 times and have had a great experience each time. The people are friendly and selection of fabric is well kept. I can really appreciate the tranquil pace of service i get each time I go. It forces me to slow down and take the time to enjoy the fabric experience. I have purchased velvet, zippers, thread, suiting fabric and buttons. I`m heading back there this week for another project. This time I`m going to make a rain coat for my friend`s dog out of fleece and something water repellent. :)
