I had a great experience at this store. The customer service I received was exceptional. The salesperson was very helpful, personable, patient, courteous and stood by to answer any questions. He carried the large item to the counter so I could continue shopping. The only minor annoyance was a customer who interrupted. The cashier was equally considerate by wrapping and bagging my items well to prevent damage. I liked it that they take the time to properly serve the customer. When we are browsing, they let us do so....when we need help, they are helpful. The products I bought was of the highest quality. This store is neat and organized, and brimming with fascinating kitchen and gift wares. I like this store.

Our kitchen and our home are full of items we have purchased from IQ Living. It is so handy to where we live. I can never resist dropping in. The storage shelves and organizing boxes are great for managing clutter. When our granddaughter came to visit, I was able to get a bin for diapers, a folding box for toys and a fold away laundry basket so they are now all stored for the next visit. The ever-changing display window is a treat and cheers up a walk on the Danforth whatever the weather. Good quality items and reasonable prices.

Nice place and overall welcoming staff. Prices are above average to high. They sell a lot of different/creative stuff that may work properly as announced, and they won't refund or exchange it because it's already opened. I know it's not their fault, but it's not customers fault as well.
There should be a better return policy for these expensive experimental trinkets.

I have shopped at this store for some years now. They carry many innovative and great quality products. I love the prices and sales. I was very pleased with a compliment I received recently due to a product I was not satisfied with. I would highly recommend a visit to their store. You will fall in love!

Excellent products, staff have always been amazing and as for prices...try to find a better price in any store in Toronto on the same thing. Quality costs money most of the time.
