Good price for value., you get what you pay for. Reason for not giving 5 stars:
The braces underneath the bed are weak. To their credit they told me not to let the bed move too much, but on a hardwood floor you can't help but shift the bed sometimes.
I bought a bedframe and mattress from East West Futons 3 years ago. The delivery people were friendly, the bed was easy to put together and it was reasonably comfortable. But after 3 years all the legs in the center of the bed were loose and didnt stay up straight, which meant the bed creaked and groaned when I got onto it, and it sank in the middle.
I repaired it today for $40 using materials I bought from the hardware store. As you can see in the photo I used 5 two-by-fours with metal brackets on either side to hold the legs in place and prevent them from loosening. It feels much stronger than the original design.
Not everyone has a huge budget and I was glad to be able to buy this bed. With the new legs I expect to get another 3 years out of it at least, maybe even 5. Just something to be aware of.

Great service from on site staff and good selection of reasonably priced futons.
We selected the Butterfly model and are very pleased with our 3 year (?) warranty! :)

I was happy with the futon and the price, and staff were consistently friendly and helpful.
The only problem was East West's busyness. After we'd agreed on a delivery date, they had to cancel it and reschedule (on fairly short notice!) to one week later. I'd never seen that before. Fortunately, that one-week wait was eventually reduced to four days.
Not a big problem though - I'd still recommend you try them. (Along with The Futon Store nearby since they were super friendly too.)
