I went in to get a haircut and the staff are very friendly and nice. I got my hair cut and colored by Sora and she did an amazing job i am very happy with the hair and I would definitely recommend concepts day spa and Salon.☺☺☺☺☺😆😆

I had an amazing hair cut and colour done at Concepts Salon in late December 2013 and was extremely impressed by the high level of the stylist. I will definitely be going back there.

I have to admit, I have not yet gotten a haircut here, but the customer service is excellent. I was shopping for hair treatment and the staff took there time to assess all of my needs and took the time to help me find the right product. Based on this, I will definitely consider getting my next haircut here!

I wanted to give my future daughter-in-law a day of pampering before her wedding. Not living in the Toronto area I was unsure how I was going to be able to do this. I had heard that Halcyon offered gift certificates that could be sent directly to an email address. Problem solved, I went to their site, purchased a gift certificate and had it emailed directly to Laura. She told me that the services she requested were excellent and that she will definitely return.
