Great path for running/cycling, but be aware that there aren't a lot of washrooms here and no water fountains. You might get lucky and find a portable toilet 3km into the path.
In the winter, it gets colder the further out as you have Lake Ontario on both sides of the path.
In the summer there is no shade and it gets really hot.
People tend to go fishing at some parts of the path that are close to the water.
